JadenJaden Jeannette Coppens, dearly loved, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend and teammate went home to heaven Tuesday May 28, 2013 to be with Jesus, our Lord and Savior and to meet all of our dearly departed love ones who have gone before her.

Our sweet Jaden was 10 years old. She was born on April 10, 2003 in Charlotte, NC. She lived in Owens Cross Roads with her mother and sisters, Jasmine and Journey. Her Father, Dominique came regularly from Hungary and they spent many days interfacing with her little sister Rachel. She attended Goldsmith Schiffman Elementary school and was on the A-B Honor Roll. She loved her family and friends. Jaden was a very talented artist. She also loved swimming, cooking, softball and basketball. Most of all, Jaden loved her family and friends. Jaden was sweet and spunky, quiet and loving, playful and silly, shy and sassy, courageous and adventurous. She was fearless and loved life. Jaden had a unique style that was all her own.

Jaden is survived by her father, Dominique Coppens, mother, Andrea Coppens, brother, Adam Coppens, Sisters, Jasmine Coppens, Journey Coppens and Rachel Coppens, Grandparents Robson and Lucy Slater, Uncles, Henri Coppens, Didier Coppens, Aunts Isabelle Coppens and Suzanne Horn. And many other family members in Alabama, Arkansas, Belgium, California, Canada, England, Hungary and Switzerland.

She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Antoine and Huguette Coppens, maternal grandmother Jeannette Slater and Uncle Jean Marie Coppens.

We will feel Jaden in the little moments, the stories and the familiar spaces she stepped in and out of. She will be in our hearts forever as a part of us. As sure as the sun will rise and the stars will shine, our love for her will be everlasting.

Funeral Services will be held at Willow Brook Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 4:30pm. There will be a public viewing at Willow Brook on Friday from 2pm-4pm. The Burial will be private for family members only.
