Jason Adam Harris, 45, of Joppa, Alabama, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born on March 11, 1980, at Cullman Hospital.
Jason was a beloved son, brother, and dad. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He adored his son, Dylan. They enjoyed riding ATV’s and working on cars together. He was a jokester and knew how to push your buttons. He was kind-hearted and a bit hard-headed, also. Jason was hardworking; he always had a passion for running equipment. He enjoyed his job and the people he worked with. He liked to keep you guessing and had a way of making you laugh.
Jason is survived by Dylan (son), Rita Schiehl (mother), Phillip Schiehl (stepfather), Kristi Clark (sister), Casey Clark (brother-in-law) & Grayson Clark (nephew), Allen Schiehl (step brother), Todd Schiehl (step brother), Floyell Harris (grandmother), Bruce & Carol Harris (uncle/aunt), Charlotte & Jerry Simmons (aunt/uncle), Lance & Sandra Self (uncle/aunt), Marty Phillips (uncle)and a host of other extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by Ronald Harris (father) and Frankie Harris (grandfather), Dorothy & Zip Phillips (grandmother & grandfather), and Walter R. Phillips (uncle).
Pallbearers are Dylan Harris, Casey Clark, Todd Schiehl, Jerry Simmons, Will Sims, and Benny Sims.
Jason was loved beyond measure. He will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed until we meet again.
