Omie Faye Hicks Beck

  Omie Faye Hicks Beck, 85, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 26, 1940 to the late Robert Ratliff Hicks and the late Ada Shockley Hicks. She was a hard worker and retired from The Meadows after 16 plus years of service in house keeping. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed word puzzle books and spending time with her kids and grandchildren, which meant everything to her.

Services will be 11:00 am, October 23, 2025, at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Tutor officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Wednesday October 22, 2025, at Senter Funeral Home. Burial will be at Stephens Cemetery. Senter Funeral Directors has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Clyde Beck of Mantachie; daughter, Shelia Dilbeck of Mantachie; granddaughters: Debbie (Matthew) Aschenbrener of Waukesha, WI and Cheyenne (James) Roberts; grandson, Bryan Dilbeck; great-grandsons: Cody and Remington Roberts; great-granddaughter, Ashley Crippen; great, great-granddaughter, Abigail Crippen, great, great-grandson, Caleb Crippen.

Preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Ruble Hicks, James Hicks, Robert Hicks, Delbert Hicks, Milburn Hicks; sister, Bernice Estes

Pallbearers are James Roberts, Matthew Aschenbrener, Daniel Wilmoth, Buck Franks, and Wayne Abbott.
