Ashley Renee Reynolds Ms. Ashley Renee Reynolds, age 45, of Horton, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice in Albertville. Born in Marshall County on August 19, 1980, Ashley was the cherished daughter of Anthony Edward Reynolds and Vikki Renee Henderson Reynolds.

A proud graduate of Arab High School, Ashley dedicated her career to caring for others, serving as the lead personal care assistant in the ICU at Marshall Medical Center South. She was committed to furthering her skills and was attending classes to become a phlebotomist.

Ashley found true happiness in her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. Family gatherings were her greatest joy, and she treasured every moment spent with loved ones. In her free time, Ashley enjoyed outdoor adventures such as fishing, kayaking, and taking long walks.

She is survived by her daughter, Paiton Casey; her son and daughter-in-law, Dylan and Kaitlin Reynolds; beloved grandchildren, Kynnadee Reynolds and Kourtlyn Reynolds; fiancé, Dale Sorter; brother, Jason Reynolds; and nieces, Lilli Reynolds and Ally Reynolds.

A celebration of Ashley’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Brother Randy L. Blakely. Serving as pallbearers and accompanying Ashley to her final resting place in Gilliam Springs Cemetery are Dylan Reynolds, Jason Reynolds, Jamie Reynolds, Shane Martin, Delan Elmore, and Trent Reynolds, with Jerry Smith as honorary pallbearer. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel is honored to assist the family with arrangements.

Ashley will be remembered for her unwavering compassion, dedication to her patients, and the deep love she shared with her family and friends. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
