LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident has occurred that has taken the life of a Florence teen:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10 a.m. Saturday, September 20, has claimed the life of a Florence teen.
The 16-year-old was fatally injured when the 2003 Honda Accord that teen was driving left the roadway, overturned and struck a tree. The juvenile was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Lauderdale County 189 near Lauderdale County 6, in Lauderdale County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
