Mr. Billy Van Olinger, age 83, of Fackler, Alabama, departed this his life on July 10, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Fannie Batey Olinger; his daughter, Janice Skinner; his son, Billy MaCrae Olinger; his grandchildren, Aaron Olinger, Zoe Zenefski, and Will Stewart; his great grandchildren, Hank Olinger, and Nora Jane Olinger; his brothers, Bose Olinger, and Eddie Olinger; his sister, Barbara Bogue; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parent, Bose and Elizabeth Olinger; and several sisters and brothers.
He was a kind man who loved to help others as well as farm his land and Alabama football. His life was spent with many years in church work of various positions. His greatest delight was spending time with his grandchildren. He was loved by many.
