ALEA Arrest Bridgeport Man On Child Sexual Abuse Material

BRIDGEPORT-On Tuesday, June 17, Special Agents assigned to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), along with deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Payton Dean Corbitt, 28, of Bridgeport, on three counts of Dissemination or Public Display of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

Corbitt was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
The arrest was the result of an ongoing child exploitation investigation initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
.
Nothing further is available as the investigation is ongoing.
Once complete the findings will be turned over to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office.
