Jeff Hughes was born on August 6, 1962 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late CL and Pearl Stricklin Hughes.
Jeff worked as a mechanic in Collinwood, Tennessee then worked for B&R Lumber Company in Savannah, Tennessee for many years until his retirement.
Jeff Hughes departed this life on February 5, 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 62 years, 5 months, and 30 days.
He is survived by his sister in law, Teresa Hughes of Savannah, Tennessee; niece, Evelyn Hughes of Savannah, Tennessee; and nephew, Roger Hughes of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Hughes.
