Howard L. “Radar” Ragan, 55, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died April 27, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was a Mason, a former U.S. Marine, and was a Burnsville firefighter. Visitation is scheduled for 6 until 9 PM on Tuesday, April 30 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Jean Ragan of Burnsville; his mother, Sally Oakes (George) of Copenhagen, NY; 1 daughter – Misty Ragan of Burnsville; 4 brothers – Tim Ragan of Las Vegas, NV; Karl Ragan of Russellville, AL; Jeff Ragan of Iuka; and Greg Ragan of Burnsville; 1 sister – Irene Wilder of Copenhagen, NY; and 1 grandson – Joshua Ragan. He was preceded in death by his father, George T. Ragan, and his sister, Kathy McGowen.
