Mr. Edward Thomas “Bluebird” Behm, Jr.
Funeral service for Edward Thomas “Bluebird” Behm, Jr., age 58, of Decatur, will be Thursday, May 2, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Barry Sempsrott officiating.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Behm, who died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Parkway Medical Center, was born March 23, 1955, in New Jersey, to Edward T. Behm, Sr. and Barbara Ann Tees Behm.
He was employed by the City of Decatur for 25 years at the T. C. Almon Recreation Center.
He is survived by his loving wife, Monica Robinson Behm of Decatur; his father, Edward T. Behm of Decatur; his mother, Betty Behm of Decatur; one sister, Becky Rice of Fayetteville, AR; two nephews; one niece; and five great-nephews and -nieces.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Behm, Paul Kirksey, Billy Malone, Jonathan Cagle, and Jeffrey Stone.
