Shelia Joyce Roden, 62, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013.
Joyce was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raleigh and Eva Tingle and brother, Michael Tingle.
She is survived by her sisters, Gail Farmer (Larry) and Lisa Ricks; a number of nieces and a special friend, Bart Williams.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family expresses special thanks to the staff of Amedysis Hospice.
