Funeral service for Rose Partridge, 66, will be Friday, April 19, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Somerville Church of God with Rev. Michael Gunter and Rev. Danny Ricks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Somerville Church of God Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, also at the Church .
Mrs. Partridge died on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at her residence. She was born December 11, 1946, in Darke County, Ohio to Lewis A.”Pete” Maloy and Pauline Welker Maloy. Mrs. Partridge was a christian woman who loved her family and made holiday traditions that will long be remembered and continued. Her devotion to her family was her legacy, that we will all cherish. She was a homemaker and wonderful mother. She was preceded in death by her husband: Rev. Harless Floyd “Bill” Partridge and her parents.
Survivors include: One Son: William Floyd Partridge, Jr. and wife: Candis Mooneyham Partridge, Priceville, AL
Two Daughters: Tammy Partridge Hancock and husband: Daron Hancock, Hartselle, AL, and Teri Partridge Appleton, Hartselle, AL
Two Brothers: Jerry Lee Lewis “Jake” Maloy, OH and Tommy Carl Maloy, OH
Two Sisters: Betty Maloy Copeland, OH, and Margaret Maloy Hawes, OH
Pallbearers will be Alex Cannon, Brad Clark, Austin Partridge, Dustin Hill, Spence Appleton, and Jordon Appleton.
