Funeral service for Lonnie Collins, 68, will be Friday, April 19, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shane Lewis officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Collins died on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born January 8, 1945, in Morgan County to George Collins and Zora (Bates)Collins. Mr. Collins was a former employee of Home Pest Control as a Termite Inspector. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter: Lisa Collins Renz and a sister: Rachel Yates.

One Son: Tony Collins, Laceys Spring, AL
Adopted Daughter: Jessica Renz, Laceys Spring, AL
One Sister: Georgia Shedd, Cullman, AL
Four Grandchildren: Stephanie Renz, Dusty Collins Kandi Collins, and Ashley Kuehner
Pallbearers will be Rodney Duke, Michael Duke, Bo Truss, Nathan Truss, Rickey Lee Taylor, and Dusty Collins.
