Funeral service for Regina Osborn, 55, will be Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Cemetery in Lawrence County. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Osborn died on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born November 2, 1957, in Morgan County to Doyle Fuller and Gwen (Cagle) Clark. Regina was a loving mother, grandmother and wife and a true friend to all who knew her.
Survivors include : her Husband: Keenna Osborn, Decatur, AL
Two Sons: Christopher Osborn, Decatur, AL Curtis Osborn, Decatur, AL
Mother: Gwen (Cagle) Clark
One Sister: Wanda Clark, Priceville, AL
Three Grandchildren: Alexis Osborn, Gia Tankersley, and Elijah Osborn
