Ruthie Jean Milam Fisher, 66, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at Russellville Hospital, Russellville, AL. She was born in Booneville, MS. to Gene and Mary Newell Milam. She worked as a factory worker for 30 years.
Services will be Monday, September 11, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Rick Bradley officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her Husband- Johnnie Ray Fisher, 2- Children- Jennifer Hall and Jamie Milam, 5- Grandchildren- Sully Hall, James Hall, Amelia Colley, Madison Wells and Jamie Milam II, 2- Great Grandchildren- Christopher Milam and Grayson Milam and her mother- Mary Milam.
She was preceded in death by her father- Gene Milam, 2- brothers- Mikey Milam and Michael Milam, a sister- Kay Frederick and an infant son- J.R. Fisher.
Pallbearers will be Benji Martin, Sully Hall, James Hall, Jamie Milam II and Nikalas Milam.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 10, 5-8 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
