Joseph Nicholas Holmes, age 90, of Cullman, Alabama passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Joseph was born in Hickory Valley, TN. on December 26, 1932 to James Allen and Bessie Virginia Bishop Holmes. Mr. Holmes is a veteran of The United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Rushing Holmes.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Tammy (Rick) Goode, Karen Perullo, 2 grandchildren Nicholas Spears Goode and Emily Alana Perullo.
Funeral services are Sunday August 27, 2023 at 2:00 at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Hickman officiating. Interment will follow services in Cullman City Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday August 27, 2023 at Moss Service Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 PM.
