Elaine Francis Blais, age 80 of Estill Springs, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Winchester. She was born on July 23, 1942, in Lowell, Massachusetts, to the late William Dennis and Eva Rose (Levesque) Mcgrath. Elaine was formerly employed with Fuji Film and Hy-Ten. She enjoyed cooking wonderful meals for her family to enjoy. Elaine loved traveling to Savannah, GA, and the Gulf Coast. Elaine is survived by her loving children, Jill (Jim) Parks, Melissa Blais and Sarah Blais; grandchildren, Chelsea (Mike) Wilkerson, Zach (Amanda) Kalt, Rachel Parks, Aidan Thompson, Andrew Wilson, Sebastian and Asher Smith; great-grandchildren, Bailey and Thaila Kalt, and Adalynn Wilkerson; siblings, William “Bill” Mcgrath, June Mcgrath Stevens and Joan Mcgrath Landry.
