Nella Dean McGill, 89 of Arab passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital. Nell was born July 20, 1933 in Blount County the daughter of Howard Lankford and Icle Elizabeth Stone Lankford. She was married to Vernon C. “Bill” McGill who died April 21, 2006.
She is survived by her children: Donnie McGill, Ronnie (Gena) McGill and Randall Warren; brother: Donald Lankford; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Bill McGill, sister: Shirley Spann, brothers: Aaron Lankford and Glennell Lankford.
Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2023, at Brookwood Cemetery with Brother Greg Stone officiating, Gober Funeral Chapel directing. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers: Ricky Lankford, Tim Lankford, Randell Warren, David Warren and Danny Beasley.
