Willie Marie (Ingleburger) Duckworth, born June 27, 1933 passed from this life April 3, 2023 at the age of 89. She was born in Franklin County to J.W. and Bessie Ingleburger, who precede her in death. Willie was also preceded in death by her husband, Walton “Bud” Duckworth; and stepdaughter, Connie. She is survived by twin sister, Lillie Clark and husband Kenneth; one son, Dwight Duckworth and wife Stacey; one daughter, Tappiann Hopkins and husband Mike; four grandchildren, Rebecca McDonald and husband C.J., Walton Duckworth, Corey Hopkins, and Claire Hopkins; one great-grandchild, Lotus McDonald; and a host of friends and church family. She was a member of the Elk River Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 6, 2023 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Williams and Bro. Keith Sims officiating.
