Venice Lenora Mae Sallies, age 93, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2023, in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Venice was born on August 17, 1929 in Trion, Georgia, to the late Claude and Virdie Mae Ray Swafford.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Sallies, who passed away in 1977.
Venice enjoyed the outdoors and camping, loved to travel, was an avid painter, and, most of all, she loved being with family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Lynn Eakin, Stephen Eakin, Jason (Deloris) Sallies, Shannon (Alicia) Sallies, and Nolan Sallies along with five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
The care of Ms. Venice L. Sallies and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Williams Funeral Home.
