Ira Joe Willingham, 80 of Arab passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Diversicare of Arab. Joe was born February 28, 1943 in Cullman County the son of Thomas and Ella Willingham. He was co-owners of Joe & Sons Wrecker Service. He enjoyed fishing, going to auctions, working on and building cars.
Family cherishing memories include his wife of 55 years: Caren Diana LeCroy Willingham, son: Rodney Willingham, grandchildren: Alyssa Myers (Brent), Colby Willingham, Faith Willingham (Friend Tristen), Dustin Downs and Felicia Bennett (Joe). He was preceded in death by his youngest son: Terry Ray Willingham, parents: Thomas and Ella, siblings: Gregory, Lynell and Bonnie.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Gober Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Gober Funeral Chapel. The family has chosen to honor his wishes by cremation following the service.
