Skyler Rippee, 25, of Gallatin, TN passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2022 after a car accident. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones.
He is survived by his father, Jerry Rippee; mother, Diana Rippee; sister, Jacqueline Rippee; sister-in-law, Becca Houston; aunt, Brenda Altomare; grandmother and grandfather; Lenora Mendez and Chuy Monreal-Mendez; cousin, Stephanie Staggs; loving girlfriend, Greta Little, and best friend, Eric Conley. He is also survived by many other family and friends that will miss him deeply.
Skyler was born in Memphis, TN, and he moved to the Murfreesboro area around the age of 10. After graduation from high school, he went on to study songwriting and music at Middle Tennessee State University. Skyler was an avid creative artist and lover of all things music. He lived life through his music, writing, skateboarding, friendships, and romances. He had an unmeasurable passion for the people that he loved, and he never wasted a moment as his passions in life provided him with true joy.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 6, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 PM. Funeral service will begin at 6:00 PM. A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery at 10:00 AM.
