Timothy L. Phifer was born on December 5, 1964 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of Mildred Louise Dacus Phifer and the late Johnny Clayburn Phifer.
Timothy retired from Colonial Bakery in Memphis, Tennessee where he worked as a machine operator. He was a Born Again Christian who loved the Lord, loved his family, and loved others.
Timothy L. Phifer departed this life on November 18, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 57 years, 11 months, and 13 days.
He is survived by his mother, Mildred L. Phifer of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Patricia A. McCool of Savannah, Tennessee; and brother, John B. Phifer of Savannah, Tennessee.
