Jesse Ben Rollins, 95, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022, at his home in the Kirkville community. He was born April 2, 1927, in the Ozark community of Itawamba County to Alma Eugene and Bennie Barnes Rollins. He was a working man all his life, retiring from Krueger International and farming after retirement until age 80. He served his country in the U.S. Naval Construction Battalions during World War II. He was a member of Gilmore Chapel Church and enjoyed playing dominoes and telling stories.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Douglas Kitchens officiating. Burial will be in the Ozark Cemetery.

Survivors include his son, Randy Rollins (Regina Lynn) of Kirkville; his daughter, Debbie Lynn Criter (Dewey) of Kenosha, WI; three grandchildren, Jason Criter, Eric Criter (Robin), and Ben Rollins (Madie); and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, June Britt and Agnes Hamm; his long-time friend, Liz Tallant; two brothers, Gene Rollins and Ellie Hue Rollins; three sisters, Alice Rollins, Nell Mullins, and Wanda Rollins; and an angel great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
