Romie Seymore, 88, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at his home in Nettleton. He was born in Pontotoc, MS on December 20, 1934 toThomas Riley Seymore and Jessie Shackleford Seymore. He was a member of Calvary Faith Center. He liked working with sheep and goats. He also loved riding his tractor.
Visitation will be Monday, October 31, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Lee Memorial Funeral Home. A Celebration of life will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas Wayne Seymore and James Morris Seymore; brother, Odell Seymore, eight grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Seymore; his parents; one son, three sisters, and three brothers.
Pallbearers will be Ethan Gray, Logan Gray, Joshua Gray, Devin Ligon, Austin Ligon, and Jacob Mobley.
