Shirley Stapleton Pullen, 86, of Madison passed away on Saturday, September 3rd. Mrs. Pullen is preceded in death by her parents, Ethelyn and Sidney Stapleton; her husband, of 43 years, Charles Pullen; and son, Chuck Pullen.
Survivors include her daughter, Denise (Billy) Rodgers; grandchildren, Eric Rodgers, Blake Rodgers, Nathan Pullen, Amy Pullen, Sarah Pullen-Hendrix (Amanda), and Emily Pullen; brothers, Sidney Hillman Stapleton, Jr. (Anne) and Walter Lawson Stapleton (Barbara), and a dear cat, Punkin.
Visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 9th at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the chapel with the Rev. David Karr officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Family Care.
