Mr. Robert Carl Pannell of Greenbriar Cove in Arab, Alabama; departed from this lifetime on Sunday – February 20, 2022 at the age of 82 years.
Mr. Pannell was born on the 20th of June in 1939 to George Washington Pannell and Carrie Mae Gregg Pannell in Somerville, Alabama. Mr. Pannell was a retired heavy Equipment mechanic and enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on small engines in his free time.
Mr. Pannell leaves behind to reminisce his life; sons, Tim Pannell, Jeff Pannell (Cathy) and Thomas Pannell (April); daughter, Loretta Pannell Blackman; sister, Margaret Kenny; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Mr. Pannell is at last reunited with his; parents, George Washington Pannell and Carrie Mae Gregg Pannell; brothers, Jack Pannell and Aubrey Pannell; sister, Elizabeth Walker.
A visitation will be held at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Wednesday – February 23, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Funeral service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Wednesday – February 23, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Randy L. Blakely, officiating.
Interment is to follow services immediately at Oleander Cemetery in Union Grove, Alabama.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. Pannell to his final resting place will be: Greg Sheppard, Justin Pannell, Jeremy Reynolds, Andy Borasky , Jerry Jackson and Cass Rivers.
