Mr. Zendell Ellis King of the Grassy Community in Arab, Alabama; transitioned and entered the Gates of Heaven on the morning of Friday – February 18, 2022 at the age of 62 years.
Mr. King was born to Leonard King and Mary Lou Snow King on April 7, 1959 in Marshall County, Alabama. Mr. King worked as a Commercial Hauling Truck Driver and that was his hobby and passion.
Mr. King leaves behind memories to be cherished by his; son, Joshua Lee King; daughters, Amanda Carter (Noah Ervin); brothers, Jerry Wayne King (Pauline) and Benny Ray King; sisters, Wanda Gail Collins, Patricia LeCroy and Dina Sue Walden (Ronnie Dale); grandchildren, McKenna Carter and Trustin Carter.
Mr. King is at last reunited with his; parents, Leonard King and Mary Lou Snow King and son, Zendell Ellis King Jr.
A visitation will be held at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Thursday – February 24, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Funeral service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Thursday – February 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Randy L. Blakely, officiating.
Interment is to follow services immediately at Sweet Home Cemetery.
