Memorial Graveside Services for Mr. Jimmy Ray Browning, age 64 of Ashland, will be Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:00 P.M.
Mr. Browning passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at his home. He was born in Clay County and lived here most of his life. Mr. Browning was in the logging industry and was a truck driver most of the time. Jimmy was a very private person but was a huge Alabama Football fan. He loved his children and grandchildren and was very close to all his sisters.
He is survived by his children, Jimmy Joe Browning(Dena) of Valley, AL, Malinda Suzanne Browning of Warner Robins, GA and Richard Allen Browning(Beth) of Roanoke, AL; nine grandchildren; six sisters: Martha Fowler(Joseph), Susan Fowler(Larry), Carolyn Browning Johnson, Sandra Harris(Gilbert), Judy Strickland(Willy) and Donna Browning; several nieces and nephews plus a large extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, David Junior Browning and Willie Ruth Hutchinson Browning; one brother, Jerry Browning.
