Graveside Services for Mrs. Gloria Gaddy Jones, age 80, of Ashland will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Clay County Memory Gardens. There is no visitation but a book will be available at the Lineville Chapel until Saturday morning.
Mrs. Jones was a lifelong resident of Clay County and was a seamstress when she worked. She retired from Russell Mills but worked at many of the sewing plants in the area.
She is survived by three children; Beth Denney of Ashland, Clyde Jones of Ashland and Gloria Swindall(David) of Ashland; one grandchild, Brian Denney; one great-grandchild, Kyle Denney; several nieces and nephews and some extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Roma and Molly Gaddy, her husband, Grady Jones; and three siblings, Ann Braswell, David Gaddy and Clarence “Scooter” Gaddy.
