Billy Frank Gibbs, 75, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away Friday. October 15, 2021. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 at Lemley Funeral Chapel beginning at 10a.m. in the chapel.
He was selfless and caring; he loved his family, friends, and pets dearly. He was a wonderful husband and brother who loved the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents Emra and Earline Gibbs.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Moore; and his brother, Joe Gibbs of Orlando, FL.
Following the service at 10am, his cremated remains will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.
