SNEAD-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 6a.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, has claimed the life of a Gardendale woman.
Angela C. Byrd, 34, was fatally injured when the 2001 Ford Mustang she was driving left the roadway and struck an embankment. She was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash which occurred on Blount County 26, approximately five miles south of Snead.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
