Sandra Lynn “Sandy” Maxwell, age 64 of Winchester passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at STRHS-Winchester. She was born February 22, 1957 in Chicago, IL to the late Hugo Maxwell and Fannie Owens Maxwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Thomas Maxwell. Sandra will be remembered as a sweet and loving person who enjoyed bird watching in her spare time. She is survived by her son, Luis Hermosillo; brother, George Maxwell; special friend, Bill Romberg; nieces, Julie, Lori and Pam Maxwell; nephews, Terry and Brock Maxwell. Graveside services will be 11:30 am Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bill Owens officiating.
