Ralph Marvin Carter, 70, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Wednesday.
Ralph Carter served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Navy. He was a loyal man who was dedicated to his family, hardworking, and so kind. Ralph was known for his sense of humor and his big heart, willing to help out others whenever he could.
He was preceded in death by mother, Betty Wilkes and son, Anthony Carter.
Surviving are wife, Judy Carter; son, Jason (Laura Branch) Carter; son, Christopher (Jorge Raub) Carter; 3 grandsons; beloved niece, Jennifer “Sprout” Pinson; 4 other nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
