John Wade Thomas, 60 of Athens, passed away on Thursday April 15th, 2021 at his sister’s residence. Mr. Thomas was born on June 18th, 1960 to William Thomas and Annie Kyle Thomas.
Mr. Thomas is survived by his daughter Jessica Thomas; brothers Billy Thomas, and Jackie Pound; sisters Connie Mills, Kathy Schimpf, Kim Donovan, Jennifer Corum, and Lee Ann Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; brother Kenneth Thomas; and sister Alisha Fay Thomas.
Graveside Services for Mr. Thomas will be Saturday, April 17th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Fielding Cemetery. Burial will be at Fielding Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas loved hunting and fishing.
