Susie J. Massey, 83, died Thursday, March 11, 2021 at North Ms. Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. She was born in New Site, MS and was retired from Golden Manufacturing after thirty years. She was a member of Forrest Grove Baptist Church, Tishomingo, MS.
Graveside services will be Sunday, March 14, 11:30 a.m. at Forrest Grove Cemetery, Tishomingo, MS with Bro. Dwight South officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Grove Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband – Joe Massey; four children – Ricky Hicks (Debra), Teresa Cranford (Ray), Lesa Judd (Mike) and Macky Massey (Tona); grandchildren – Samantha Thomas, Andy Bolding, Jackie Cranford, Skye Judd and Tyler Massey; great-grandchildren – Ariana Bolding, Jaden, Brooklee and Cullyn Thomas and one brother – Joe Hisaw.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Foster Hisaw and Bessie Lindsey Hisaw, two sons, Bo and Terry Massey and a sister, Nell Luker.
Pallbearers will be Kelvin Hammock, Brady Hammock, Andy Bolding, Terry Lindsey, Randy Hickey, Galon Haithcock and Jeff Wilemon.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 14, 11-11:30 a.m. at Forrest Grove Cemetery.
