Mr. John Spratling age 92 of Albertville, passed away at his home, Friday, March 12, 2021. A funeral service will be held Monday, March 15, 2021, at 2:00 pm, at 1st Methodist Church of Albertville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till the time of service, burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Spratling; daughters, Susan McDonald (David), Kay Whitten (Steve), Margaret Gurley (Andy); daughter in-law, Cathy Spratling; grandchildren, Paul McDonald, Beth Simms (John), Evan Whitten (Larissa), Emily Whitten, Erin Ference (Luke), Jake Reaves, Eric Spratling (Christa), Chris Spratling (Jennifer); great grandchildren, Whit Simms, Henry Simms, Jack Ference, Ben Spratling, Ali Spratling; special niece, Janice Justice Baker. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Ruford and Daisy Spratling; son, Larry Spratling; sister, Naomi Justice (Britton); brother, Ohlen Spratling (Ila Mae).
