Funeral Service for Rachel B. Ross, age 87, of Miramar Beach, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Travis Coleman, Jr. officiating; entombment in Prattville Memory Gardens at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Ross passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. She was born February 9, 1933, to Sydney and Edna Puckett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Mandi Thornton; brothers, Virgil Puckett, Vernon (Lucille) Puckett, and Sydney (Mary) Puckett; sisters, Barbara Puckett (John) Lucianni, Anne Puckett (Chuck) Schill, and Imogene Puckett (F.D.) Alexander; and sister-in-law, Sandy Puckett.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra (Henry) Thornton; son, Ken Smith; grandchildren, Sunshine (Rod) Wynn, LeeAnn (Lee) Belknap, Winter (Brad) Horbal, and Katelyn Thornton; great-grandchildren, Houston Smith, Hayden Wynn, and Lilly Horbal; brothers, Eugene (Libbie) Puckett and Windle Puckett; and a host of nieces and nephews.
