Jerry K. Huckabee, of Demopolis, and Albertville Al, was born February 11, 1959 and went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday July 4, 2020 at the age of 61. There will be a Memorial Service held at Memorial Garden Cemetery in Demopolis Alabama on Thursday, July 16th, 2020 at 10:00am until 11:00am. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Donna Huckabee, his two sons: Brian Huckabee (Sonja) of Hartselle Al, Thomas Huckabee (Jamie) of Graysville Al, Five grandchildren: Brayden, Logan, Zachary, Westin, and Morgan Huckabee, Two Grandchildren by love: Aubrey, and Corbin Bozeman, his two brothers: Grover C. Huckabee III of Kennesaw GA, and Larry M. Huckabee of Demopolis, Four nieces and nephews, and four great nieces and nephews who were all like second children and grandchildren to him.

Jerry was a caring person who lived a life of service, not only to his community and family, as a firefighter, but also as a Safety Engineer for several different firms across the United States, but also abroad until his forced retirement in 2013. Jerry had many interesting stories about his travels to places like Kazakhstan, Germany’s Black Forest, and Angola on the West Coast in Southern Africa. Jerry was a talented craftsman, mechanic, and all around handyman who could take just about anything he got his hands on and fix it. If Jerry couldn’t fix it then it truly was broken and had no hope. Jerry and Donna were both members of The Gold Prospectors of America, The North American Goldwing Association, The Warriors Watch Riders, an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and Outdoorsman. Of all of these loves and hobbies there was only one that was greater than being outdoors, and that was Alabama Football! Jerry was Born a Bama Fan and He Lived his life as a Bama Fan!

Jerry was preceded in death by his Parents Grover C. Huckabee Jr. “Huck” Mary Louise Huckabee, and his second mother Sarah D. Huckabee, and his uncle: Thomas Deloach
