Betty Holt Lash, 77, of Rogersville, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Shoals Hospital.
Visitation will be Saturday from noon-2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow immediately with Bob Watson officiating. Burial will be in Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lee Sockwell, Chuck Krugh, Zach Carter, Billy Wells, Sammy Campbell and Ryan Sexton.
Mrs. Lash was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Daisy Holt; son, James Cole; brothers, Olive and Ray Holt; sister, Elsie Holt. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lash; children, Charles Lash, Justin (Teresa) Smith, John (Carrie) Smith, James Hines, Billy Joe (Angie) Hines, Pam (Rod) Wallace and Tammy Lash; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Billie Mangas; brother-in-law, Billy Jack Lash; sister-in-law, Betty Dean Pace; and numerous nieces; and nephews.
The family would like to thank Spring Valley Fire Department, paramedic, Carlton Utley, Keith and Jeremy Reeves, Pleasant Bay Ambulance, Jimmy Clark, Dr. Kilpatrick and nursing staff of Shoals Hospital Emergency Room and Muscle Shoals Police Department.

Wished I could be there, but we are just not physically able. I loved Aunt Betty very much. I have some very fond Memories with Betty. I will treasure them always. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you
