Jack Randolph O’Connor, 69, of Madison passed away April 3, 2020.
He is survived by two daughters Whitney Walling and Courtney Nunley; father William Joseph O’Connor; two brothers Rick O’Connor and Dan O’Connor; five grandchildren Wesley Walling, Taylor Walling, Jansen Walling, Hayden Nunley, and Lylah Lambert.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Francis O’Connor and two brothers Robin O’Connor and Michael O’Connor.
There will be a Memorial Service held at a later date. Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
