Arthur Lee Chapman, age 51 of Elora passed away on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at Lincoln Health Systems in Fayetteville. Arthur was born October 9, 1968 to the late Claire Richard Chapman and Linda Lou Fladd Stroud in Williamsport, PA. He was employed for many years as a carpenter and in his free time liked to use his carpentry skills to carve walking sticks. Arthur was always more at peace in nature and loved to spend his time outdoors hunting ginseng and arrowheads. He loved eagles and all things Native American. He was a serious and straight forward man, but was also very kind and loving to those around him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claire Richard Chapman and Linda Lou Fladd; and step-father, Paul Richard Stroud. He is survived by his siblings, Claire Richard Chapman JR., Frank Chapman, Laura Marie Chapman, Robert Neil Chapman, Linda Lou Chapman, Rhonda Raye Chapman; and several nieces and nephews.
