Former Smithville Mayor, longtime nurseryman and WW II Veteran, Edward Frazier age 94 of Smithville went home to be with the Lord very peacefully Friday morning, April 3, 2020 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Frances Frazier of Smithville; daughter, Susan (Jerry) Hinton of Smithville; twin brother, Edsel Frazier of Smithville. The funeral arrangements for Edward are incomplete at this time. A complete obituary will be announced on Saturday. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
