Marvin Stephens, age 66 of Winchester passed away on March 30, 2020. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Stephens was born in Winchester on May 18, 1953 to the late Marion Ray and Alma Lee Williams Stephens. He was employed for several years as a Trainman. He is survived by his brother, Jimmy (Debbie) Stephens; niece, Stephanie Hill; nephew Lance (Carol Ann) Stephens; and great-niece, Mackenzie Hill. A private family graveside service will be held.
