James Troy “Jimmy” Coffee, Jr., age 65, of Dora, passed away at his residence on February 19, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents James Troy Coffee, Sr. and Earnestine Coffee-Whitten. He is survived by his sons, James Patrick ( Laura) Coffee and Christopher Michael Coffee; grandchildren, Keaton Troy Coffee, Cotton Paul Coffee, Raycelyn Claire Coffee, Kori Chevelle Coffee, Asa James Coffee and Bristol Stella Coffee; brother, Barry (Joy) Coffee; sister, Jean Coffee (Bob) Chappelear; nephew, Scott Chappelear; nieces, Susie Coffee and Christie (David) Eltzroth as well as a host of cousins and friends. Jimmy was a great man. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play. Jimmy was an avid fisherman spending as much time as possible on the Warrior River. He liked riding his tractor, watching Westerns, Braves baseball and Supercross racing. The family would like to extend special thanks to Affinity Hospice and his personal caregiver, Linda Pugh for their loving care and support during his final days.
