CHEROKEE-On Saturday, February 15 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person near Cherokee.
“A one vehicle crash at 6:25 a.m. today, February 15, has claimed the life of a Tremont, MS. man.
Brack Lyman Loden, 73 was killed when the 1999 Mac truck he was driving ran off the roadway and overturned. Loden was pronounced dead at the scene by the Colbert County Coroner. The crash occurred on Riverton Rose Trail 5 miles north of Cherokee.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
