Darlene Clinard, 65 of Athens, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Clinard was born January 17, 1955 to Roger Johnson and Norma Garner.
Funeral services for Mrs. Clinard will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Richard Clinard officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Roger Clinard; sons, Jeff Clinard (Michelle) and Richard Clinard (Stacey); daughter, Amy Hays (Andrew); grandsons, Logan Clinard, Nathan Clinard, Luke Clinard, Braden Hays, Cooper Hays, Ben Clinard, Dylan Hays and Ethan Hays; sisters, Carolyn Turner, Doris Griffin and Patricia Johnson.
She was a member of Ebeneezer Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Norma Johnson; brother, James Johnson; sister, Joyce Thornton.
Pallbearers are Logan Clinard, Nathan Clinard, Braden Hays, Luke Clinard, Jeff Clinard and Richard Clinard.
