Rex Allen Hart, age 40, of Parrish, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 at Ridgewood Health Care.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at New Oak Grove Cemetery. J.D. Dickerson will officiate.
Mr. Hart was preceded in death by his Mother-Kathryn Diane Manasco.
He is survived by his Father-Homer A. Hart; Sisters-Lynette Hillier and Tiffney Hart.
