Michael Carl Caputo, 43, of Huntsville, passed away Friday.
Mr. Caputo was a native of Cleveland, TN, a resident of Madison County for six months; and a member of East Brainerd Church of Christ.
Survivors include his mother, Bettye Ann Caputo; sister, Leah E. Caputo; two nephews, Ethan Teague and Aidan Teague; two aunts, one uncle, and many cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be announced later to be held in TN . Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
