Jerry Dale Thrasher, age 75 of Anderson passed away August 22, 2019.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Helen; daughter Antheia Simmons (Lee); son Clinton Thrasher; five grandchildren Chase McGee, Emily Galbaugh, Olivia McGee, Jeremy Thrasher, and Michael Thrasher; four great-grandchildren Trystan Galbaugh, Hayden Galbaugh, Kodie Thrasher, and Elizabeth Thrasher; brother Larry Thrasher (Judy); sister Patsy Brooks (Mike); special daughter-in-law Elvira Thrasher; and a number of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Jetske Thrasher-Resch.
Mr. Thrasher was a retired general contractor. He loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors. He was an avid Alabama football fan “ROLL TIDE”.
There will be a Memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 24 2019, at Tanner Church of Christ, 19925 Huntsville Browns Ferry Road, Tanner, AL 35671.
